the worst service ever! i placed online order and never received my entire order as i paid for! the driver who came not even speak one word in english and he took pictures of me and my home without any permission that is "illegaly" store operator pretended to be store manage changed 3 times her name! rude! liar! all been recorded and will be sent to corporate! unprofessional refused to transfer to store manager

Worst experience ever. Meseret, Jackie in the front at the register and Mahjabeen were the worst customer service reps, I have ever dealt with in my life. Nobody wanted to do their job. I asked for a manager and nobody wanted to call the manager and once I finally did get in touch with the manager, she acted as if she didn’t want to do her job as well. She told Jackie to come to the back and she came 35min later but still didn’t want to do her job. Full blown attitude like we were the problem. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would but I can’t.

Displace is always crawling with Mexicans. And it's always crowded, very hard to find the parking space right outside this store. You normally have to go below to the parking deck. Even inside, they're always busy, always crowded. It's a little bit like chaos. As far as the store itself, they still seem to have Latin stock. And it's just like any other Walmart as far as the items they carry. However, I was there to cash three checks. I was only able to cash one. The other 2 the system would not cash. And then the system went down and nothing else could be done. There was a huge line and only 1 person working. It took forever to even get up to the counter. They need to pay better attention. And when there's a long line, add another worker. If I can avoid this walmart, I do.

This particular unit is a decent place to shop but a horrible place to work.It is a SUPER store and has a wide selection of merchandise from home and garden to clothing (the craft - sewing, party supplies, arts, and gift wrap selection is pretty good and the hardware/camping/automotive departments are not that bad either).Good luck getting into a dressing room.There is ample parking in front of the store and underneath in the garage.The store is well maintained but the bathrooms in the front and at the rear of the store can be a disaster depending on a variety of factors however are usually just passable.If it is not on the shelf save yourself some time and DON'T expect anyone to find it in the backroom.The few cashiers are usually very friendly but they could use more help at self checkout.Customer Service is hit or miss.

This is by far the absolute worst Walmart in the city. The managers do not care. They close customer service and open it whenever they feel like it! Lots of workers no one doing anything to help! Shut it down or do better!

I stopped really shopping at Walmart for MANY reasons especially self check outs & Especially the customer service !!!! I just walked out of Walmart 5 min ago and I WILL NOT BE BACK . I really hate bad customer service . I asked an attendant to PLEASE come help me with a problem I had with scanning some chicken .She already gave me a look like she didn’t wanna do her job ! When she got there she finally was able to Scan the bag of chicken. . I realized the price was not the same . I advised her of that . Her response was“ oh well I can’t just changed the price you gone have to go get it “ as if she was not “doing all that “ . First off AS A MANAGER I WOULD BE FURIOUS IF MY EMPLOYEES RESPONDED like that !It was. Different of two/ three dollars not like it was 30-$100.00.She was an older black lady with short hair near the check out door on the left side of building closer to the subway . I’m also black and this does not excuse anybody of this behavior!

The changes that this walmart has made to their check out experience is time consuming, arbitrary and wasteful. Treats us like thieves, even when we're forced to get in a 20 minute long line to check out because we have 'too much stuff'. Excuse me for trying to feed my family for a week.

Has recently decided that WalMart will 'save you time' if you've got more than 20 items by forcing you to NOT use the 14 open registers, and instead, to use the 3 cashiers that are overwhelmed with other people doing weekly shopping because that will be 'quicker'. Does not want to make money. Does not care about the consumers that shop there.

Guys I was going to this walmart for last 2 years and I always had problem finding an spot to park my car, sometimes it was like driving around for 15 minutes to find a parking spot,darn I'm an idiot, I just found out they have an amazing mega sized parking just under the walmart building. Wow, I'm stupid
