This branch has 0 common sense. It's extremely frustrating when trying to cash a check with Wells Fargo. My husband wrote the check for my workers, and they couldn't cash it because it's a Chase check and based on the history, my husband didn't write most of the checks ( not true) . Event though, we are both on the account. Apparently, they rely on the people working there to manually verify whether a check is legitimate or not. They base on whether or not they think the check is valid or not. I guess technology can't figure that out for them. If the name matches the account, and check that is not good enough. I would save a major headaches a go with any other bank, maybe one that uses technology and not tellers.

This branch is by far the worst .
I literally came in at 9:10 am to make a deposit, when I arrived there were 4 customers ahead of me , 6 window tellers and 1 person working and another just standing by the computer, not a single person came to said we will be with you shortly , is now close to 10 am , and I’m barely getting out the bank after just a simple deposit.
Why can’t a such prestige bank can have a better customer service. Yet I heard the teller tell a customer we don’t have customer service at this location , you have to call the 1800 number .
This makes me wonder if I want to take all my business and personal accounts to a different institution.

Worse service! I left 2 times already! They just standing and talk , only 1 person working there , and she took forever to done her job! Never come back !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Leave!!!
They have such a bad customer service! I needed to sealed a paper that only takes 5 minutes!!! I’ve gone to other Wells Fargo Banks and they have never asked for me to make an appointment but this one guy couldn’t help me bc there was a client. I do understand there is a client and I can wait but he didn’t want to help me at all! You Are Such A Rude Person! I feel sorry for the new guy who was trying to help me!

Neither of the two ATMs are working. There’s a line of customers to the door with only 2 bank tellers working.

Don’t waste your time; I arrived on Saturday at 10.36 am and the branch was open and there was not a single employee; what is it supposed to be??? A bank full of money and with no one inside this is crazy; completely alone, oh God what a manager’s courage to leave the branch open; I bet that next time the thieves will steal all the money

This is most time wasted bank. Even time i go and only 2 or 3 customers ahead of me and they took 35-40 min
No time value of customer.
They have 6 counters and only one counter have person to serve. I wish i can give 0 rating 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Waited in line here for 20 minutes to take out some cash. Only one teller open. Saw 3 other employees but no one offered to help or open another station. Slow. No wonder no one goes inside banks anymore.

I recently joined this bank having just relocated to Atlanta. I am well pleased with service and help given me. They are truly a facility worth using. The Tellers a very helpful in understanding your needs. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I've given this branch more than enough opportunities; now it's time to start using another branch. Poor management and poor customer service. This branch should be closed.

Branch Manager advised will not be able to service me after having me wait an hour and a half on the only day I had available before a promo code expires. Had this been expressed I would have went to another branch. Extremely unprofessional. In addition, this has negatively impacted me in on a personal level.
