Noah at Chatsworth store, you are great! Thanks again for your help! Full disclosure, my work truck has some issue where it burns oil, another story for another day, it's a 2021. Great job Chevrolet; we won't get into that, though. It said it was low on oil - and I'm sick, and you have to climb into the engine bay to put oil in this freaking thing! Noah actually put my oil in for me, and I feel like crap, and totally appreciated it. Nice guy, you speak well for AutoZone. Keep up the good work, my man!

AutoZone in Chatsworth, Georgia is top-notch. I found myself with a dead battery today and they were nice enough to bring the battery out. Install it in my car all within an hour and a half from phone call to finished. They definitely saved the day for me today. So thankful for their customer service.

I've been coming here for years, never had bad experiences until the last 2 days. I call, get put on hold for 20 min then hung up on. Call back and finally talk to an employee, asked if my battery was still under warranty and he said yes. Then said he ordered a new one and it'll be on the next truck. I go in the following day and ask for it and he never ordered it. After I waited in line for 20 min with 1 customer ahead of me and 4 other employees socializing with each other. I'll take my business else where after I get my a new battery. Cause the new people working there don't want to work and help customers..
Edit, the manager Jerry took care the situation. I highly recommend dealing with him and Crystal in the store.

I had to stop in at AutoZone in hopes of getting a wrench to switch out my headlights or at least I was going to try to anyways. The rep at the Chatsworth GA location, Anthony Pais, went above and beyond by switching them out for me. He was, professional, very kind and fast working. Kudos for showing a customer service that rarely exists anymore

I was getting a battery for a motorcycle and some guy barely helped he aced like he didn't even care I wanted almost 15 to 20 minutes for him to fully help and all I was trying to do was switch battery's because one was the wrong size and some other guy said I was a complicated customer never going back again I rather drive to Dalton then go there again

Went in to get wiper blades. It was raining and I was in desperate need So Tony helped me find the right ones and even went the extra mile to go out “ in the rain “ to put them on for me. That was beyond my expectations and truly appreciates it so much. We just moved here from Florida and honestly not use to all the kind and wonderful people of Chatsworth. We are blessed. Thank you Tony for going that extra mile for me.

Tony P was awesome and got me fixed up in a jam! Was in my wife's car with no tools and battery died, got jumped off and went straight to Tony who graciously swapped for a new installed.
