I have been to cvs three times today. First when I arrived they were closed for lunch and said to come back in thirty mins. I came back was told my prescription was not ready . Told me to come back in one hr. Then bills the wrong insurance for my medication and tells me to drive back around and wait at least 15 more minutes. My husband is excruciating pain with a back injury and is suffering every minute they makes us wait.They staff was not fully trained and is not familiar with the medications they are handing out. Very unhappy with this service today.

The workers here must be absolutely miserable. They are always short and rude no matter what time or who you come in contact with. Don't ask questions about your medicine either, because they definitely don't want to go over it with you.

Was there over hour and half still don’t have meds and twice they were talking about me behind my back where I could hear it. I only use CVS because of insurance.

I’ve really been patient with this pharmacy over the years. But, whoever this male is that is now working in the pharmacy is incredibly rude and non helpful. First he told me my medications weren’t there. I worried for 3 days until I had a chance to verify with my doctor. They were all there when I called back. He didn’t check correctly the first time or didn’t want to. My second call to him to verify consisted of him being rude and short with me for no reason. He needs to be replaced. He didn’t even say sorry for being wrong the first time I called and when I went in person. Please fire him or we’ll all be forced to go to Walgreens like we’ve not wanted to. I’ve defended you guys for years but this is ridiculous.

I have tried several years with this pharmacy. Today was that last day. Saturday i get a call from the pharmacist telling me my medicine had been approved. I asked them be order. Talked to them yesterday she said yes indeed it had been approved and she was sorry that it would be ordered now. Get a automated call telling me my meds had been ordered.Called this afternoon and was told by another pharmacist it wasn’t approved and he wasn’t ordering it. Spoke to me like i was less than human. I pray i can find a cooperate number to call and speak to someone decent tomorrow. My meds have been moved to food city as of today !!!!

We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting on the person in front of us. Apparently the staff was filling a prescription in the drive thru line. After becoming impatient the person behind us and us blew our horn to move things along. The pharmacist, Al, stuck his head out the window and yelled, “Don’t blow the horn. Come inside.” After coming inside we expressed our opinion with their practice of filling prescriptions while in the drive thru. My mom and dad have had problems with this pharmacy for quite a while and today was the final straw for them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It's really a scary thing when a pharmacy can't calculate liquid measurements accurately or even count the correct number of pills to dispense to patients. Aren't these prescriptions supposed to be double checked by the pharmacist before they go out? Could they not get in trouble for this?? I was a pharmacy tech for a bit, and I'm pretty sure they can. This has happened to my prescriptions several times at this particular pharmacy, so I know it has to have happened to other people too. Blows my mind. My 6 year old SICK daughter only got HALF of her antibiotics she needs to get well. So I have to drive back over there tomorrow and fight with them about it. The last time I had to do this the pharmacist got an attitude with me, then realized I was right and gave me the correct amount. ? Ridiculous.

I would avoid this CVS location if at all possible. I have waited multiple times for the pharmacy workers to acknowledge me, and ultimately leaving after waiting 1/2 hour in line. Phone calls to this pharmacy also ignored. Management team really needs to address this.
