We love Ferrellgas! Staff are always polite and helpful, and we get a timely delivery. The app and internet format are so easy to use. We have had Ferrellgas for 4 years now with zero complaints.

The person I spoke with was very courteous. I still have to wonder how you can fine me $581.38 when I never got the first bill. The second bill with the fine of $581.38 was sent to wrong address. Last year was ok because I got the bill where I live. I reckon I will change to another company maybe they will do me better!
