This is the fastest burning gas I have ever had. They fill up my tank and three weeks later it's gone. And no ,I do not have a gas leak. I have only one heater on this tank and this is just ridiculous.

Won’t let us order gas until we are at 20%. Then waited nearly 3 weeks and still no delivery. Called every day to ask about it and all they could tell us is “yall aren’t routed yet.” Finally called for a refund and to come get the tank. We’ve been out of gas for over a week and they blame it on the weather. My grandfather ordered gas Thursday with Ferrell Gas and it was delivered Friday, the next day. We’ve live in the same area. This is an every year thing for us for 5 years now. Use someone else.

We love Ferrellgas! Staff are always polite and helpful, and we get a timely delivery. The app and internet format are so easy to use. We have had Ferrellgas for 4 years now with zero complaints.

The person I spoke with was very courteous. I still have to wonder how you can fine me $581.38 when I never got the first bill. The second bill with the fine of $581.38 was sent to wrong address. Last year was ok because I got the bill where I live. I reckon I will change to another company maybe they will do me better!

Ran out of propane after over a year of having the same tank on my house wound up paying for rush delivery to fill my tank (around 500 dollars) my tank was empty with in 6 weeks went and checked my lines no leaks noticed the fill valve wasn't properly seated on the tank contacted Ferrell gas about this and they came and only checked my lines said I had no leaks when I pointed out the fill valve on the tank the driver pushed it down and said that couldn't have been the issue and that we had to have used 100 gallons of propane in 6 weeks when I told them this was impossible and attempted to reach a agreement in reference to the propane that leaked out due to a faulty valve on their tank they refused to do any other than attempt to strong arm me into buying more propane I told them to get the tank off my property went and purchased a 100lb tank and hooked up my house myself 15 months later I am still on the first 100lb tank no refill no replacement and now they are attempting to extort 50 dollars out of me for fees added after service was canceled saying I still have a active account with them and threating to come remove my tank this company is crooked after my issue with them I have heard horror stories from others about this company as well so steer clear

I have never had to use a propane supplier in North GA and the first company I contacted had not delivered gas after about 45days and kept giving excuses as to why it wasn't delivered.. I contacted Ferrellgas and set up an account and the very next day my tank was filled . Their speed is impressive. The driver Lloyd was concerned about his trucks weight and my parking pad and asked if it was ok to drive his heavy truck on it. I'm glad I called these guys. You'll be glad you called them as well.
