“This was my second stay. Everything worked, no bugs, super clean, & a new couch. Pillows and bed were comfy and again very clean. These folks are so nice and seem to take pride in their place. Unless you Airbnb and pay more…good luck finding better near chatsworth. I will be back. Thank youWalkability: Almost everything you need is walking distance. Grocery, tobacco, liquor, and lots of restaurants.”

“The lady at the office is real nice and understanding, there are some bugs, but not too many that you can't control. I love it here so far and hopefully will continue to have a great experience here so we can stay here until we find a perm place to live, but other than that I hope we will be able to stay here for a long long while. Great prices as well!”
