We took our 1 year old mixed breed pup to rtk today. It was quick, and the vet techs were so sweet with our scared baby. He had a hematoma on his ear and they took great care of him. The doc was short and sweet and to the point. Efficient. I like that ? I'll definitely be a regular moving forward.

Been going to RTK for years, always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Drive. Keener is very knowledgeable and (very important to me) calm and wonderful with nervous animals. He has seen us through puppy shots and tearful good byes. I have 4 dogs size 5 lb. to 75lb., puppy to adult and RTK is wonderful with all of them. Highly recommend!!

We were in the exam room maybe twenty minutes if that. The vet is real quick and knew how to solve my cat's problems.
The red headed receptionist called my cat an it twice. I called her out on it it rubbed me wrong. I told her calmly she called my cat an it twice. She denied it of course. I told her he is not an it he has a name. I told her I didn't like her calling my baby an it.
If it weren't for the receptionist I would have given 5 stars. The vet is 5 stars not the receptionist. Another receptionist was sitting right there when the red head called my baby an it. She didn't even own up to what she said or apologize.

Dr Todd is an awesome veterinarian and I highly recommend anyone that needs their furbabies toenails clipped very reasonable price for it too

My best buddy Harley declined rapidly on a Saturday morning. My regular vet who has taken care of him for his entire life is not open on Saturdays anymore. We had to quickly find someone to help and were directed here. Unfortunately we found out he would be crossing the rainbow bridge. I was not prepared. My young daughter was with us, very much not understanding what was happening. I don't know these people who have to witness a stranger and her family breaking down over a dog they have no relationship to. It was a LOT I'm sure. They were still very compassionate and organized. They were so busy and yet so patient letting me call my mom and say goodbye. They cut some of his beautiful fur for me. And I was a wreck in this small office, needing to organize this and have my husband care for my daughter who was very upset too. It was chaos. They were so understanding and professional. This was not the way I wanted my boy to go, in such unfamiliar surroundings so quickly. But their kindness was lovely and won't be forgotten. I would have given a lot to have his lifelong vet at this point, and to grieve somewhere familiar. But I can't say enough about how much their willingness to handle us on that awful morning meant.
I wanted to share some photos of him, because he wasn't just that one awful day. Thank you guys so much. I know this job isn't easy. I hope you know that what you go through is very appreciated too. Thank you.

I had surgery done on my 14 year old Schnauzer today. Todd was very up front of the risks and gave the best advice! Todd and his staff were wonderful and very professional! He was excellent on pricing and would recommend him to anyone! Thank you to Todd and his staff for taking care of our baby and our prior babies!
