The Tractor Supply in Chatsworth seems bigger than others I've visited. It has a better selection and layout too. If you can't find something, there is usually someone close buy to ask.

The Chatsworth store has the best staff, they are always happy to help, plus I always find what I need and if they don't have it in the store they can order it. Best employees of any Tractor Supply store that I've ever been in.

Had a completely awful experience.
The employee kept playing on his phone and ignoring us. He acted like he could care less if we bought anything or not. The cashier was very helpful and got us out dog wormer. She said his name was Reece and he acted like that all the time.
Need to screen employees better when hiring ?

Everyone I’ve dealt with at the Chatsworth location is unbelievably nice. I feel like customer service is lacking these days and this tractor supply is simply amazing. I even had an issue with a defective product from the Cleveland location and they refunded me no questions asked! Today I had to call to extend my curbside pickup order and the girl who answered the phone was amazing. I cannot rave enough about their kindness and courtesy.

They have better prices than everyone around on most of their products. Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable to answer questions. Last time I went in, a kid named Haden helped me and he was very helpful and friendly. Overall good experience.
