On 9/15 /2025 I came home to find open condoms in my mailbox I go back and look at the camera to find that my mail lady sat at my mailbox for a full minute with no mail reaches out put something in my mailbox and then drives away when confronted by the city police and detective her excuse was she stopped at my mailbox to sort through the next person's mail to get it ready to put in their box then she decided to send out a text message to someone and noticed my mailbox is open so she reached out the closet, first off my mailbox was closed She had no mail to put in my mailbox so there was no reason to even stop at my mailbox and the mail should have already been sorted through before she left the post office so there was no reason to even pulling it my mailbox sort through somebody else's mail to get it ready to go in a mailbox it's only about 50 ft for my mailbox. She didn't just do it to me but she also did it to the neighbor across the street. This was totally uncalled for and why she felt the need to pull some kind of stunt like this I'll never know 6 years of living in this house and never had a problem.

Always receive great customer service. The workers I have interacted always make a breeze to mail packages and are always very knowledgeable.

For years I've had no issues with this service but for some reason recently almost every package I get they'll keep and say there's no access instead of just putting it on my porch if it doesn't fit in the mailbox. My porch is literally 20 ft from the road so there's no excuse for this kind of laziness. You get paid to do your job so I'd appreciate it if you'd do it!

I spoke with Cleveland, He was so kind and helpful with getting me the information on a package that was sent to the wrong place. I recommend USPS in Chatsworth to anyone because mistakes are inevitable but good customer service matters most in these situations. 😊

Staff members at this location have regularly treated me with respect and concern for my postal needs. They have helped me solve a couple problems (one by phone even) in a timely manner. I believe this is one of the best USPS offices in the country. Thanks

What is the point of delivery instructions if they don’t follow them in the 8 months I’ve lived in my apartment I have never used the mailbox and even though I have told her this she still insists on putting my small packages in it. Now I’m having to deal with getting my box rekeyed that hasn’t been done yet several trips to the post office for a key that isn’t there yet so if there are special instructions on delivery how bout we use them or if the person has told you to leave things at the door we do it very frustrated

Route carrier not delivering mail on a regular days we get mail on mostly every day but for the last 3or 4 months they don't even run on scheduled days.

Friday the mail guy must have ran into my mail box or something because the door to it wouldn’t close and the mailbox was knocked up off from it being screwed down to the post. Now today Monday I go out to my mailbox being completely in my ditch instead of them picking it up and lying it on my porch or anything with some common decency!

If I could leave a review without a star I would. I was gone a couple of days and didn't think anything of it that a package was coming because I have a covered porch. I forgot Chatsworth doesn't deliver right, the package was left on the step, literally 2 steps away from the porch ( with a thunderstorm coming). Now I have over $300 worth of waterlogged college textbooks for school. Honestly 0 stars is too good for them.i have friends and family that work in the postal service and take great pride in the service they do, but my carrier doesn't. Idk if it is all of chatsworth or just a few but this is sad.
