9:44 AM — Not a single customer in the store, just employees.
I walked to the counter and overheard a woman complaining about her medication not being ready. She told the Walgreens employee she had called yesterday about the same prescription. The employee responded, “Yes, ma’am, we still don’t have it ready.” The customer replied, “Well, I’ll call back later—and if it’s still not ready, I’m switching pharmacies.” Then she walked off.
They called me up next. Now, for context: I get these eye drops filled regularly—it usually takes five minutes, tops. I handed over my prescription, confirmed my address, and the employee stepped away. She came back and told me it would be a 45-minute wait. I stood there with my eyes watering uncontrollably—literally just came from the doctor’s office.
The point is this: if you have a pharmacy that treats you with care and respect, support them. I think this might be my last visit to this Walgreens. There’s a pharmacy in Adairsville, GA that’s a bit out of my way, but they’re always so kind and professional.
Walgreens, this was just disappointing. Do better.

I went to Walgreens on Christmas morning to exchange some slippers and the manager and the cashier were very friendly and nice.Wish us a Merry Christmas. They were very friendly everything was clean and nice please stop in and just see how nice they are. If you need help they will help you just ask.

Customer service is horrible at this location. I check in for curbside pick when I was told by text that my order was ready. After waiting 15 minutes I had to call multiple times to speak to someone. And I'm still waiting. I would go in but my ankle is swollen and in a lot of pain. Someone needs to check in this location because the customer service has dropped dramatically. Elaine has always been very pleasant but I haven't seen her in awhile.

Love Walgreens except for I can't purchase all of the OTC stuff I need with my Humana card. Also, I just got home from filling one of my meds and one was broken and all of it wasn't there! Just half and a piece of the other half! So, ya'll might want to check before you leave the pharmacy. I called and told them but they didn't offer to make it good. She acted like she didn't believe me actually!! It's the first time that's happened, but REALLY??!!

I called Walgreen too check on a prescription and I stayed on the phone 15 mins and still nobody answer they would pick up and put it on hold again

Transfer meds from another pharmacy 2 hours later was told ready to pick up when I went to pic up I was told that meds were not sent from other pharmacy yet, so I called other pharmacy and as I was on phone call walgreens were just now calling to get it transferred so they lied to me no one had made a call to make the transfer i was explained that everything was done by phone....so true story they had never made the call went by 30 min later and was lied to again she said prescription was just sent in 3 minutes ago... (lie) I was nice never said anything just "ok" comeback in another 30 min..I have a baby and a 7 year old that are also sick in my car if it's not ready please just say that to begin with thats all.
