“Returning customer. Had our '08 Lexus IS 250 evaluated for a coolant leak. Ended up being the thermostat. Because we were comfortable doing this repair ourselves, we declined service. The 5-stars comes because they didn't charge us a diagnostic fee, which I kinda expected. A friend had their truck in a dealership last month for the same issue. He repaired it himself, but was charged $200. To be honest, I would expect a charge like this because Blackwell's time is valuable and they not only gave us the correct diagnosis but gave us some tips in doing it ourselves. So not charging us for this was above and beyond the call of duty in customer service. Thank you, BA! See you next time!”

“My son needed an oil change ! They got to work on right away! They even said it wasn't as bad as we thought! We only paid 55 dollars! Had it done within 10 minutes! Had 3 employees working on the issue just to make sure it got done! Excellent service! Would recommend and will go back when need to! Also when i called back to see if they towed vehicles Rodney said they didn't actually do that personally but gave me a number to call that may help ! So when i called and got an estimate on towing he said it was a certain price and it was thank you!”

“We came to see the Ft Oglethorpe area to join famfor thanksgiving from North Carolina. Unfortunately our cooling system failed and we had to have our radiator and radiator fan replaced so we could get back home. The owner worked us in even though they were booked for a week and completed a major repair for a very reasonable price. I chose this shop because of their average 4.9 ratings. I am impressed with the quality of the service and not getting overcharged when we were in a difficult position. The owner is a straight shooter. If we lived in the area he would be our mechanic. “2nd time time ive taken a car here for a repair. First time was about 3 years ago. They were able to diagnose and fix an issue id been having with my current car that started 2 years ago. Paid an exceptionally reasonable price for what needed to be fixed. 10/10 Would go back for any other car repairs if needed in the future. Great service and friendly staff.”
“I came to these guys years ago for rings when I was at my wits end. They hooked me up with center rings. Today, I was in town, I live about an hour away, and my steering was horrible. I called and was told I would be put on the schedule for next week. After explaining what I was dealing with and that I couldn't come in next week, they got me in. Their customer service is incredible and hard to find any more.
