“I live an hour away and asked on the Chattanooga subreddit for a florist recommendation as my girlfriend was working in town and this business was mentioned quite a bit. I checked out websites of the places recommended and Grafe seemed a bit more straight forward and clearer than some of the others. I called and placed an order. I won’t go into the details other than to say there was a mixup on the delivery address. Mistakes happen sometimes. But what I will share is that they went way over what was expected to correct the issue. I was very impressed with this and appreciate what they did. Their arrangements were very beautiful and I will use them again when the need arises. Recommended.”
