“Just wanted to give recognition to Eric, the postman on my route. He's always friendly and has treats for the fur babies. He goes above and beyond making sure we get our packages. He doesn't stuff them in the mail box like others do, bending and damaging items! He walks them to the front door and always speaks when I see him! Good people excelling at their jobs don't get enough praise so keep doing a great job Eric!!... Our route notices and appreciates the job you do!!! ?????”

“Small, but the employees are always friendly and helpful. I really like this little post office. It's never busy. The most people I've seen in there are one other person. The employees are speedy, friendly and willing to talk with you, but trying to get you on with your day, like most people want to be. The PO boxes are right when you walk in, along with a scale on a table. They don't have a self-serve kiosk or machine to buy stamps from in the lobby, but since they are never busy, that's fine.”

The city was named after Cherokee Indian Chief John Ross, who resided there until being forced to relocate with his people to Oklahoma on the Trail of Tears. Chief Ross was the first Postmaster for Rossville.”

“Excellent service and short wait! I was happy to find that they had all the mailers and packaging I needed to send out a gift that I couldn’t quite get packaged myself. It was only $10 to mail out and the bubble mailer was less than $3, so quite the bargain compared to UPS and FedEx’s pricing. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and my package should be getting to my friend in about three days time.”

“they take me and my packages as serious as they reasonably can. i have to work with 6 different locations and their respective usps that deliver to them in tennessee and 3 of them in the chattanooga area, when i have an important package, i MAKE SURE the address i use is for the business close to this location so i can have peace of mind. even when it gets held by the post office i know its in good hands. Usps isnt perfect but this location is probably the most dependable one ive worked with. your talking about people that can be having the shittiest day, deal with the worst customer, and when you walk in the frustration might even be visible SOMEtimes, but lets be honest EVERYONE THAT LEFT A BAD REVIEW WOULDNT HELP ANYONE W ANYTHING IF THEY WERE FRUSTRATED. but at this usps location they still GET IT DONE. ✅ So don’t be a bitter hater, if your patience is that of a child and you cant afford to pay for priority, when things don’t go perfect and you catch a fit it means your a loser doesnt have anything to do with the people at this location.”
