Drain field replacement completed December 2025.
I was given a verbal estimate around $8,000 by Dakota and Shane and told the company would handle county permits and installation requirements. Weeks later, I was contacted to proceed with installation, with no indication that pricing had changed.
The installation crew was professional and did quality work. However, near completion, we were informed the total cost would be $16,000, which was double what we had been led to expect and had budgeted for. This was the first time a price at that level was communicated, and there was no written quote or confirmed pricing provided before work began.
The work was completed, but the lack of clear, upfront pricing created a significant and preventable issue.

Rapid Rooter might be a lil more expensive but they get the work timely. My biggest like is how they keep in contact, there when they say they'll be and do exactly as expected.
Plus, they dug up a shrub at my request. No charge.

After having some bad experiences with the bigger chain companies in the past, I reached out to Rapid Rooter because of their great reviews. I talked with Dakota about our septic issues and he told me he would come out and look at it for no charge. After checking everything out and working with us, patiently, they determined that the roots from one of our big oak trees was messing up part of the field lines. They were able to by pass it and do a repair for a great price. Other Companies were wanting us to do a complete field line replacement, which would’ve been thousands more. Thanks Dakota for treating us like family.

Dakota and Shane are wonderful! They are very professional, they show up on time and do excellent work. As a matter of fact they came and fixed a situation that wasn’t even on them but the county dropped the ball! They didn’t even charge me. These two men are the best at what they do and go above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend them over anyone!
