Trust me you don't want to eat here I used to work here and nobody ever washed there hands we dropped food on the ground and we're forced to reuse it and there were slugs every morning on the drink fountain instead of cleaning it or trying to stop this infestation of slimy critters they just picked em off and threw em back outside we used HOURS OLD fries, tots, burgers, corn dogs just everything then the chilli god don't get me started on it it looked exactly like dog gruel I don't know how the government lets them sell that I felt horrible serving it to peaple but I had no choice or else I would've been written up also don't work here if you were thinking about it you'll get great lay but horrible hours had a friend who went two weeks without getting any hours AT ALL some of the peaple are fun to work with but Toni who is the head boss manager thing she's a horrible person only started caring about the hours old fries and tots thing cause here soon apparently the health inspector or somebody is coming in and can hopefully shut this place down last thing instead of fixing broken things like the two stalls near the back toni will refuse to fix it cause if she doesn't spend over a certain amount each year she gets a very undeserved bonus which the employees never see a lick ofSummary: don't work here and don't eat here you'll probably die or wanna die

I ordered through the app this evening and checked in on arrival. I got notified that my food was ready and on its way out. I waited 5 minutes and then buzzed the intercom. When I told the young lady that my food hadn't cone out yet, she said that I hadn't checked in and continued to talk over me as I attempted to explain. Just after I asked for the manager to come out, my food arrived. Your staff needs lessons on dealing with the public.

Disappointment at Sonic in Chickamauga GA, I ordered in stall #12 today to my surprise I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 drinks and an Egg & Cheese breakfast wrap.I guess I should have gone through the drive thru. After seeing other cars pull up after me and getting their food brought to a stall behind me.I guess it's a hit or miss with all of the Sonic's. My suggestion is just waiting in the drive thru till they bring it to the window so it doesn't get lost ?☹️

Sonic staff hear me out: when customers pay $6-8 for candy blasts, we expect candy to actually be in and throughout our blasts. Every time I get one it’s nothing but ice cream. Kind of ridiculous.

Food was mediocre but the service was dreadful. Waited forever and when the lady finally gave me my food at the drive through she just handed me the bag without saying a word then shut the door. I didn't even have time to ask for ketchup or anything. She was very rude and I would be ashamed for someone to act like that if she represented my business.

Be nice if they put salt on there fries wont be back bc i shouls have to ask u to salt fries and u cant salt em right unless they first come out the grease please fix this
