Horrible customer service. On Sunday we called looking for a Caliper and the person we spoke with said it was $18 and it would be ordered. Everywhere we’ve called we have been told it would take 2 weeks to get the part in and it was a couple hundred dollars for the part. My dad called yesterday to double check and make sure the correct part was actually ordered since everywhere else was way more expensive. The guy who answered the phone wouldn’t even let my dad get a word out and told him rudely that he would let him know when the part is in then hung up. My dad called back once more and the guy told him very rudely again that he would call us when the part is in and hung up the phone again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will not be doing business here. You can also take that part that was ordered and send it back because I refuse to do business with anyplace that acts like that. Rude, Rude, Rude!!!

Saturday completely ruined. We were told a part would be delivered by 1pm. It didn't come on that truck so they told us 3pm. Then it didn't come on that truck so they told us 7pm and then again 8:30pm. Called the next morning and the part was "lost." Don't tell your customers you can have something if that is not the case. We instead had to figure out a way to get to the Buford store in order to get the correct part before having to get the car up and going for work Monday. A person's/a company's word should mean something. Unfortunately that's not the case here. Do better.

Went to this place a gentleman named Joey help me he tells me that he doesn't know anything about what's going on they never train him on a thing that has to do with Auto parts I showed up a few days before this it took three people to change out a windshield wiper blade which they told me was only going to be 23 bucks but before the end of the experience it ended up costing me $50 AutoZone you should be ashamed of yourself jus because you put an auto parts place in the country put these country people where they don't even know how to work on a brand new car they can fix a farm tractor or a 1999 Chevrolet with a 350 but if you ask them for anything else other than that you're pretty much in a bad spot please give your employees some up training what a waste of my time will never shop with you again and have been a long time customer

They always give me amazing service at this location. Joshua H got me all set up for an oil change and offered to change my wipers on the spot. They are always super sweet and happy to help here! Very appreciated!!!
