Just absolutely nothing like a hometown Community Bank. No matter what city I go to, this bank never fails me. Always willing to go the extra mile. Sheila was awesome today. The best Christmas present in a long time. She was kind and helpful and patient and went beyond the call of duty and her service today.

Only giving one star because this was my first time visiting this particular branch. Otherwise for a first impression 0 stars. I waited about 20 minutes to obtain a card. The person who handles that was busy, understandable. However after continuing to wait, it was clear that not only was she busy but the transaction appeared to be full of leisure, laughter and prolonging of the interaction. I finally went back to the teller and asked to just withdraw cash. Mind you, I haven’t needed a card in months and wasn’t in a rush knowing the probability of having a poor interaction. I handed her my ID & had to ask for it to be picked up & given to me. Once she had the funds withdrawn she sat it on the counter no envelope or anything, refused to put anything in my hand, but the two caucasian gentleman before me were asked if an envelope or anything else was needed. I didn’t even get a transaction receipt from this rude excuse of a worker. She knew she was wrong because upon me picking up the cash she said “sorry about that”. Let’s keep the sorry and behave because sorry doesn’t change poor character or behavior.

The staff is usually always nice and caring but I did have a problem trying to close one of my accounts there for they would not let me.
