Staff does not do a great job only one person at the register and she needed help did not call or anything made the customers wait in line for 30 minutes this is unacceptable line was backed up smh need to do a better job!!!

If I could give a worse review I would. Today is Wednesday November 13,2024. It’s always slow or closed because of lack of help or a truck came in. It’s waisted time for this business to be open! Three people at one registrar helping one person who doesn’t speak English, instead of opening another register for the line, the manager told me I need to go and catch my cab then. Like who runs money scar from a business that’s already worthless! I will tell my friend at town hall and start a petition in the neighborhood to close this store!

Consistently closed entirely without warning (at least 3-5 times a month) or closed early 10-20 min early and employees just stand and look at you while they stand behind register and continue their conversation. Clean though. Employees are sometimes rude and sometimes helpful when they are open.

I Guess it's a Female at the front Register with the Piercings,that looks a Clown,she is very RUDE too customers..And she has no people skills...needs too be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY..THX

Stopped shopping here because the employees need to learn manners and basic math skills. They never give the correct change back.

This dollar general is really clean compared to a lot of the other ones I’ve been to. Items fully stocked and facing the front on the day of my visit. Normally the items are still in boxes on the floor at the other stores and I understand that they may be short staffed….. there is a young man African American not sure of his name but he is always there and the last time I came in the customers were hostile cursing and yelling because they couldn’t be a little more patient and understanding . He didn’t get out of character and maintained professionalism I just wanted to say thank you! Keep it up!

Tall cashier with glasses abruptly decides to service another person before the ones in line. Surreptitiously slips into the conversation that the person being serviced looks like her, wink wink, plausibly deniable prejudice, nod nod. Luckily her nice coworker gets free and gives us the top notch attention were used to and appreciate at this location. Sad to see those attitudes in the Ellis Island of the South though.
