“Mad cool place. I’ve been working and living in the Grant park area for 4 years and every time I go to Cloud 9 they always have exactly what I’m looking for. A lot of other smoke shops in the area try to sell you whatever is newest on the shelf, but cloud 9 is like that bartender who hits ya with the perfect drink based off how you are feeling after a long day and what you are looking for. Shoutout Jesiah (sorry brother if I spent it wrong), he remembers the customers names, what they asked for last time, and makes recommendations based off their experiences. Gonna miss them once I move but hopefully they’ll continue to grow! (They used to own the single store space next to them but have grown so much they doubled in size). Hit them up when in Atlanta!”

Both Sparky and Miguel are extremely knowledgeable and can help you find something new if you’re looking. Miguel is basically a walking encyclopedia regarding the cigar business. Great place. The people who run the establishment make sure every purchase you make you will love. They are honest about every product in the store so that you are not making any unnecessary purchases. The rewards program to ensure customer retention is top-tier. I could be surrounded by 100 other smoke shops and I will always choose lil-burn. Apologies for not getting the worker’s name last night but he was great, it was 9/12 around 8pm-9pm last night and he did a great job. I got a Fume Mango for now but I’ll definitely be spending more at this chain, making a loyalty account, and getting some good stuff. This is one happy customer!”

“I'm came here on Memorial Day 2024, I'm so happy they were open! I was fresh outta my disposable CBD vape that I get from a website only store (CBDfx) but the vape they sent me has a defect. The shipping time is a little over a week and I have interviews this week so I need a CBD vape to chill and relax me. I got the Koi CBD disposable pina colada flavored vape pen. Nick was the associate who helped me. He was soooooo informative and helpful!! I think I'm gonna retire the online store and just make this local vape the store to supply my CBD needs!! “***always get them to test your product before purchasing*** I just left this location on 10/25/21at around 9PM. I got to my car and realized that the toy I bought had not been tested, so I walked back in. The lady working had a terrible attitude and told me that she didn’t test the toy because I was on the phone. So it was my fault that she didn’t do her job. Not only was the toy defective, the second one she opened also did not work properly. She tried to get me to take the second one, and I had to show her that it too did not work and would not go to the other speeds. Of course she knew this as she struggled to get it to even turn on. Why would you intentionally try to screw your customer? UNBELIEVABLE!! I have visited multiple locations around metro Atlanta and ALWAYS receive good customer service. I tried to call the store to get her name, but she hung up on me. I will be submitting a formal complaint. I will gladly go to Fulton Industrial or South Cobb to never have to deal with her again.***EDIT*** I did file a formal complaint. Thank you Kelly Rogers for listening to me and sending me some goodies. You were very genuine and I appreciate it very much! I won’t let one bad experience change my opinion of this stand up company!”

“I’m not from this state, I’m very particular with what vapes I smoke and this shop has it (after I’ve tried so many others)If you’re anything like me, not having the right vape you want is HORRIBLE.My FAVORITE person there is Mike.The other guys are nice too but Mike makes me feel very comfortable, which is hard when you’re a female. He lets me know when they are running low or out so I do not waste my time driving there. But really, Mike brightens my day because he is so professional, I don’t feel creeped out by him.If it weren’t for him being there, my vapes probably wouldn’t be there.I drive MILES to come here, I pass maybe 100 other shops- for the past 2 years- and the great thing is- they are open all the time! 27/7.BUT they also keep it safe with a door where they have to buzz you in.I LOVE this place, I LOVE how they accommodate picky people like me and people who have crazy work schedules .Mike you’re the best.
