These scam artists literally won’t let me move outta my storage. I moved out the unit three months ago. I removed my lock, cleaned the unit out and paid my last months rent. The folks from U-Haul put a lock back on my unit just to keep charging me for an empty unit. I’ve sent them emails and have called the facility. They refuse to just let me be without them.

It was a pretty good experience except for the other day when I went to go to my storage someone had backed into it I'm assuming the cameras will catch it. They have a very clean facility and their bathroom is immaculatep so I give it a five star it's never too crowded although the space in the parking spots are very close you never feel overwhelmed and from what I see they have a 24-hour staff

I was told there's no grace period , the 1st month had one so I don't get why it was locked a day or two after due date for the second month

ATTENTION…..DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE UNIT….Moved from Michigan July of 2016, I had the storage unit for a few days. Mind you I was informed that I would be able to get a storage unit closer to my home but it didn’t work out that way. Me being in a new state not sure if I was in a bad neighborhood or not I didn’t want to keep driving around in the U-haul looking for an available storage so I stumbled upon this location. The very first day I stored my stuff in the storage unit it was clean. After I settled in my house I went back a week later to this place only to see roaches crawling out the two units next to mine. I rushed to the front desk to get a manager to show him what was going on and they told me (if your unit is affected or has any issues or concerns we will take care of it.) While the manager was there I had him open up the units next to mines only to see it was full of old food and roaches. THEY SPRAYED THE UNITS BUT THEM ROACHES WAS UNDEFEATED. WTBS I LOST EVERYTHING AND HAD TO START OVER BECAUSE I WAS’NT TAKING NO ROACHES TO MY HOME. I WAS NEVER REIMBURSED FOR MY BELONGINGS SO IF YOU ARE COOL WITH ROACHES THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU. I HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN USING THIS STORAGE UNIT. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER PLACE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO. THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUTDOWN.

Now that I know that there is a local storage unit, whuch has 24 hour access...I feel great. This location is a Jewell! In order to find it look at the intersection. So yes I can see how some would miss it and pass on by. Hope ya find it!

Customer service is good but I don't like the way they charge so much late fees if it's a day late $15 if it's the week $30 if it's the Whole 30 days $50 so $80 in 30 days if you cannot make a payment within a month they will sell the stuff on auction like I said customer service is great
