All of the boxes and bubble wrap I bought here absolutely reek of whatever scented candles they burn in this place. So much so that the odor transferred to what I put in the boxes. The employees are incredibly unfriendly and there was loud aggressively angry rap music blasting in the shop. Why does nobody give a damn about keeping anything decent anymore?

Wynn, Melissa, and Lauren (855 Northern Ave. Clarkston, Ga) have the #1 uhaul store in my book!!! I came in to rent a truck and noticed that my account had been tampered with. They helped me to figure out how to escalate it to the appropriate department in corporate. I have always had a pleasant experience coming to this location. I call myself a frequent flyer because I used them for ALL my moving/storage needs. Excellent customer service, empathetic, and genuinely caring for each customer's need. I can't thank them enough for all they do when I'm there and I need to rent.
Martha, via the eAlert department, was very kind and empathetic to my identity theft. She made sure to take an extra look to see how I could rectify my account. properly. She went above and beyond what was expected, considering the first time I spoke with someone. He was very disconcerning, nonchalant, and just downright rude. He acted as though he didn't even want to be at work. Must less, help me with my situation.
One bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch in my eyes. Thank you to Wynn, Melissa Lauren, and Martha!!!! You guys are the best!!!!

Truck and trailer were reserved ti be picked up in Meridian, MS weeks in advance of the move date but I received a phone call at 5:00pm the day before picking up the equipment from a very rude customer service rep telling the the truck was not available and i had to drive 50 miles one way to get it from another location. The gave me no discount for my time or the extra fuel needed to drive the additional 50 miles.

Friendly office staff, good communication, rental was clean and in good condition. The rental process was very easy. Wouldn't hesitate to book at this location again.

Had the best customer service ever at the Clarkston location. No, I don’t work for the company. Here we go, it’s new year DAY, I was amazed by the positive personality, that greeted me. The customer service from Wynn, Shameka, and Joshua was amazing. Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. The customer service was above & Beyond. Words can not explain my gratitude. Thank you so much. Not impressed. The original location my reservation was at, was not open and had nobody there. So my reservation went to this location. First off, there was no dollies. Employees coughing and not covering their mouths. Took forever to sign paperwork. Truck is dirty. Dings on truck. Definitely will not use Uhaul again.

The attitude out of these people is WILD, from the woman who works the desk who talks to you like you just burst into her home unannounced to the guys cleaning the trucks talking to you like you’re parking THEIR trucks in some private lot you’re not supposed to be in. I don’t understand why everyone is snapping like they work at a jail. Just miserable. Avoid, there are so many other U-Hauls around.
