I have recommended so many of my friends & family but now that he’s busy the owner is not how he used to be I arrived at 12:30 before I arrived I asked him can the specific lady do my nails & pedicure he said no problem I came in I asked again she’ll do my nails n pedicure he said yes she finish my anise he ask if I want pedicure I said yes you said she will do it he said well you gonna have to wait long time she gotta do someone else mind you I was there before everyone my friend came same time as me people left before all of us while we wait I settle & let someone else do my toes which I’m glad she did then the last did my friend nails wrong rushing because her baby was crying my friend mind you pregnant with twins ask the owner can he fix he says “IM TO LAZY CANNOT FIX” I swear I said huh like can you repeat that as a owner who says that to there customer I didn’t leave till 3:40 wasted my whole entire day he didn’t accommodate no refund nothing he even charged me $2 to take off the polish I said why are you charging me to take off polish you have to take off polish anyway it’s a nail salon like just a horrible experience paid $100 for short French & toes

First visit and they were able to accommodate me last minute. I felt they took care of my nails and listen to my preferences and did not pressure me to do extra.
