Worst post office I've ever experienced. It is very unprofessional and disorganized, the front desk person big..... gye so slow, uncooperative and had rude behavior with customers.
I wish the United Stated post office update these people.

Big thanks to Kevin Alison at USPS! My wife and I had been missing all of our mail for over two weeks after moving, and despite trying multiple USPS locations and checking everything ourselves, we couldn’t figure it out.
Kevin was incredibly kind and helpful — he took the time to look into our case, made several calls, and double-checked the system for errors. Thanks to his effort, we were finally able to track down our missing mail.
Really appreciate his patience and professionalism. He made a frustrating situation so much better. Thank you!

Worst post office I've ever experienced. As someone that has worked with postal service before and lived within 5 different states. It is very unprofessional and disorganized for the front desk person to argue with the employees working in the back because they're not helping her. They sat in the back arguing for more than 5 minutes loud enough that you could hear they're conversation snd them proceed to tell her that it ain't that hard for her to do both and she's complaining for no reason. Fire everyone that works at this post office besides nice woman with glasses and braids.

Every day open late , now it’s 8:50 am
But they are closed,
They never put my parcel locker key in the mail box ,
This is the second time I lost my delivery

Whoever delivers the mail to the ellis apartments does a terrible job. I have ordered a card three times. I use the user digest to see my mail. I can literally see the mail that is supposed to arrive and when the mail man comes sometimes I have my mail most times I have someone else's mail in my building. It's always been an issue but it's getting worse lately. I literally have to reorder certain things 3 or 4times before I actually receive it. My license literally almost got suspended because I was supposed to receive a letter for a court date and never got it. Thank God I check my license all the time online. This station really has to do better. I literally have mail that I'm expecting right now and I know for a fact it's either been lost or just simply put in the wrong mail box. It's a shame because my mother has been a mail carrier 34 years and has never made this many mistakes. Yall have to get it together man. I have stuff that I really need right now. I know it's supposed to arrive because of the user digest/informed delivery and it's not there.
