You all need to go back to your old staff. This location has gotten awful and RUDE! Why I have stopped coming here.

The customer service is very bad!A shelf fell and knocked very hot coffee out of my hand spilled all over the floor . Thankfully it did not burn me . The employee showed no concern for it nearly burning me, but verbalized how inconvenient it was for her to have to clean up the mess their shelf had made.

I was just there 15 minutes ago to order breakfast. The woman behind the food prep counter was very rude. She was playing a video game on her cell phone and didn't even look up to ask me what I'd like to order. When I got her attention and asked about the kind of meats she had, she snapped, "spicy chicken and pork chop". When I pointed to a meat that didn't resemble either and asked what it was, she again snapped in an even ruder tone, "just spicy chicken and pork chop". I settled for a spicy chicken patty, no biscuit no bread, just the piece of processed meat itself. After searching her price list for what it should cost me she settled on $2.99. For a flat, processed piece of chicken! The day before, with a different woman, I bought the country fried steak, meat only. It was just $1.79. Why was the chicken a buck and change more? Who knows. Maybe because the woman today was mad that I interrupted her video game. Maybe because I asked too many dumb questions. I won't go back there again. No wonder the Parker's next door is about to put the Jet out of business.
