Their service is customer focus . I had a leaking tire and instead of them trying to make a profit, they identified my issue and fixed it within 5 mins. Love this place and their drive to customer service excellence .

They call their selves giving me an oil change turns out they never even changed my oil… oil light came on the very next day!! Worse service EVER!!!!

They are very good for tire work, but I would not recommend them for mechanical work, and the problem I had really isn't totally with the mechanics but with the communication process about my vehicle. They did a radiator flush, said the car was running great, and 20 miles later it was running hot. I bring it back - and they replace the thermostat and charge me another $200, got it "running great" again. Another 20 miles, guess what.. it runs hot again. I call to complain, and the lady on the phone tells me I should have asked them to run a pressure test. I didn't know I needed a pressure test and it wasn't suggested to me or I would have done it first. I know now that I'll probably have to replace the entire coolant system (if the head isn't cracked), and I'm sure they would be happy to do it for more $$, but I ain't a money tree and I don't trust them now as the car seems to "run great" twice and then almost immediately break down?!?
