It was good I had The corned beef Reuben since they said they were out of roast beef for another 25 minutes? Very strange for a place that serves roast beef mainly.Wheelchair accessibility: They got it.

I went inside and placed my order. The young lady was very nice. I waited 14mins for my order (the drive thru was more important than inside customers).I didn't receive my entire order when the bags were given to me. The turnovers were cold. Not warm like other Arby's. Very disappointed.

A warning for people do not work here . They have a cash problem with their cash drawers coming up wrong . Also they have problem with keeping staff . Gee can't imagine why !!!! Shouldn't change people's shifts when they looked at it three times and took pictures of it

Fish was good, but order was wrong. The amount of fish was very disappointing. Three pieces only slightly bigger than a McDonald's chicken nugget.

The reason I am giving this Arbys an overall 4 rating is based upon my own experience as a customer who has patroned this new franchise location about 4-5 times now. All of my impressions of the food were wonderful. I was actually present as a Doordasher of what I am humorously calling "The Day Of The Cold Food." And also honestly, I think this was a rare occurrence (based upon my own experience here.) And also I honestly think there was something going wrong with one of their kitchen apparatuses. It happens.My advice to you as a customer though, is to realize only General Managers have the authorization to handle refunds. So please don't put on an angry show (on a day that GM is absent) of how you're not going to leave the restaurant until you have the cash back in hand. One man did this and it wound up delaying my Doordash order because all the workers were basically being made to feel harrassed.I'm fairly positive the GM, knowing fully about this incident, will advise the young Arbys staff further when encountering these particular situations (whatever it was malfunctioning back there in the kitchen and insistent people) and I feel it's safe to go back now.
