  They really need to fix the leaky coolers dollar tree needs to get new more powerful air conditioner units so the freezers don't freeze up and the floors need mopped they look hotrible

  I haven't been to this location in a while. Very drastic changes for the worse. Definitely One of the un-tidiest, messiest stocking of supplies I've ever seen. The floors were filthy. My plan was to get one item, that I typically get there, but could not find it. There were no stock clerks anywhere to be found, and the cashier was very busy with a large purchase. (There were only 2 customers in the store). While I was waiting, I could hear 2 males in the office area talking up a storm in loud voices. The cashier soon needed assistance to continue scanning. The man ( a heavyset Caucasian Prima Dona) who came out of the office, did not greet her with any level of care or acknowledgement. He totally ignored me. Never again! I felt very badly for the woman at the register. She appeared very tired, but did attempt to add a degree of customer service to the best of her ability.

  Very tidy & well stocked. No one else was shopping - it was a pleasure not having to stand in line!

  One of the only few locations that i have been to in a number of years thats actually clean, stocked, and organized.

  Last time I visited, the store was a wreck. You had to step over boxes and products laying in the floor. That would be a hazard to the elderly. And, it's usually only one cashier so you have to stand in line a while. They need to up their pay so more people would want to work.

  Have visited multiple times for various reasons. Always good-friendly customer service. The store is usually clean. The store tends to change the seasonal items fairly quickly so get your items quick or you'll miss out. NO cash/card refunds but can CAN exchange for another item so keep your receipts.

  I couldn’t believe that Dollar Tree would hire back someone so Rude and visibly irritated that she has to check out the items to be purchased. I dreaded going through her line, knowing that I have had to deal with how unpleasant Jo is before. I purchased some Christmas items and was not charged correctly but when I went to say something to her, she waved her hand at me, more or less to tell me to hush. The extra charge was definitely not worth the fuss to deal with her terrible attitude. Jo’s only concern is when her next smoke break is.

  Everything is $1.00 dollar, ust as it says
  However they recently went up to a $ 1.25.00.
  I can live with it
  Great stuff like stylist , candy, snacks, and tools.
