The folks at Duvall Chevy are FANTASTIC. Had car troubles I am from out of town, called the Chevy dealership and asked for help very helpful but could not get a rental car so I asked to speak to a manager. Jeff Answered and listened to my story he told me to bring it in and they would take a look. The employees, management and the owner Jeff were so great I would recommend them to anyone. I am just sorry I can't have them in my community. Everyone there called me by name and was so helpful and courteous what a great organization. The owner sets the standard what a great experience. Thanks to all of you.

After having my truck evaluated from somewhere else, it was still making a funny noise, so I decided to go to Duvall Ford in Clayton Georgia before my trip home. I called Monday morning and got an appointment for Tuesday morning at 8:00. I got my confirmation email and hit the directions to make sure I gave myself enough time to get there. I was shocked to find out it was 6 1/2 hours away! I said, "what!" Well, I called the Duvall Ford in Jacksonville FL. not Duvall Ford in Clayton Ga. So I then realized I made an appointment at the wrong Ford Dealer. So Monday night I called Duvall Ford in Georgia after they were closed to find out their hours on New Year's Eve (thinking I would get their answering machine for their hours.). A really nice gentleman answered and I asked him about 15 different questions and told him all about my truck problems hoping I can get an appointment on New Year's Eve! He was so patient with me and listened to my story. He told me to bring my truck in first thing in the morning and maybe someone could help me. I said, thank you and asked his name so I can use him as a reference. He said my name is Jeff Duvall! (Shocked). I said what an honor it was to speak to him and thank him for taking the time to listen. So I got up and made it to the dealership when it opened (7:00am)! There were only a few workers there so I parked my truck right up front hoping they would see me first. The gentleman behind the desk said the only guy that can help me comes in at 8:00. He suggested that I go have breakfast and come back. I said ok because I was grateful to get my truck looked at. Just as I rounded the corner, a gentleman stopped me and asked if I had called the night before about my truck. Pausing for a moment, thinking the boss had sent him to help me. He placed his hand out and said he was Mr. Duvall and he came in to take a look at my truck! Still so shocked the owner of Duvall Ford would answer the phone and then come in early to help me!!! He drove my truck to help diagnose my weird noise. He returned to the dealership and said that my differential was going bad (not an emergency) and it would be ok to drive home. We got out of the truck and I said where do I pay? He said "no charge"! He said travel safe and happy new year! I walked over to him and gave him the biggest hug and said thank you so much! There are truly still amazing people in this world! I have purchased several vehicles from dealerships in the past and had them all serviced at the dealership (more than 100 visits) and not once have I ever spoken to the owner or had him look at my vehicle! If you ever need help with your vehicle in the north Georgia area near Clayton, stop by Duvall Automotive. They work on all makes and models! I highly recommend them!!! They're just good honest people.

This is the place to go if you want a car with extremely high miles (over 100 000) and a 5 figure price tag and no warranty

We were up in the area camping and our brakes went out. Duvall took us in that day and fixed them for us, even being able to just machine the rotors instead of replacing them which saved us some money and also even though they were short staffed. They took 3.5hrs instead of the 1-2 estimated but I still had a very positive experience and was grateful for their extra care in getting us taken care of.
