IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to call or respond when trying to cancel rental after moving out.
Don’t auto pay or you will be stuck with a monthly payment. We’ve been reaching out for 3 weeks now, over 15 calls and always automated with long wait just to hang up on you before they answer.

After nearly four months of new owner/mgt taking over, not being able to talk to someone for help, not being able to pay my unit rent due to my account not being active in the new system, threatened with late fees, unit contents scheduled to be auctioned, not responses(but 1) to messages, I finally reached Donna at the Loganbille office who helped me get through the system, have my fees dropped with Tameka’s help, meet Tameka at the facility where I explained all the issues I was having. She offered that the changeover was bad from the start and it was from a renters perspective.
I offered her perspective remedies through communication and that an agent with greater proximity to the facility should considered. I told her my appreciation for explaining the various situations and hardships of which I remain sympathetic to. I ask said I’d be willing to check on the facility etc., when I come to Clayton - which typically at least once a week. Id be available if there was an issue with a renter/access etc. in exchange for a stipend and free rent on the unit so long as I was using the facility.
I am thankful for the efforts of Donna and Tameka in working to rectify the situation. I look fwd to hearing from you on my proposal.

This place is absolutely terrible. We did our reservation online and went and moved all of our stuff in only to discover their latch was completely busted and we couldn’t latch or lock our unit. They have several phone numbers that all go to the same voice mail box that’s full.The security is also a joke. They let you make your own access code but it doesn’t work. The gate and door are both on magnets that are supposed to be released by the code that you can just pull right open with ease so literally anybody can get into this place. ZERO SECURITY. There’s also nobody on the premises and the security cameras are outdated 1990’s.We ended up loading all of our stuff back in the trailer and getting another unit at A&A down the road which is a much nicer and more secure facility. So this place wasted over 3hr of our time, cost us an extra day with our uhual since we couldn’t get it back in time plus I’m out $135 for the months rent that I can’t get in touch with anyone to try to get returned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Moving to the area from out of state, I needed to find a storage facility that provides HVAC for my furniture. Doing an online search, I only found two companies. The other company refused to take a payment over the phone and reserve a space for me; they insisted that I had to visit first, and take a tour. Since I was out of state, and pushed into a quick real estate transaction, This was impossible. Thankfully, Donna at In Town Storage was great. She told me what was available, took my reservation and my payment, and sent me instructions on how to access my unit. My only negative might be that I wish they kept the temperature a little higher in winter. It's still Cold in those units!

Great ownership. Air conditioned great security. Very clean. I stored for 2 years here and everything was just like when I put it in!
