“After searching everywhere online and in town, I called Home Depot and asked for help. And, of course I have 2 new heroes in my life. Robin and Larry were working the customer service desk. Robin answered the phone and Larry was making suggestions while she was trying to help me. I needed the key that is for emergency entry to a interior bathroom or bedroom door. They talked about it and said no, they didn't have one. Not even 10 minutes later, Robin called and said they had one. I am so amazed and grateful to both of them for their EXCELLENT customer service. It is rare to find people who truly care in retail these days. So, again, I thank you so much for being my heroes.”

I don't go THAT far, but I do recognize HD as a premiere supplier of pretty much everything to modernize, remodel or otherwise improve your home. Over the years, we've spent thousands of dollars here. And that's not hard to do. Today, hubby's picking up building supplies, and I'm checking out curtain rods and a lawn mower (see pics). So come on in. There's something for every adult here.”
