“Visited Clayton today, I live in a neighboring town. Great store, they had a sale going on so that’s the only reason I purchased. As soon as that receipt was printed, I never got a Thank You. I’m the one that thanked them for spending MY money in their store.”

“I have been using this feed store for the past 10.5 years. I purchased several pieces of my yard equipment at the store. They have a wonderful selection of major brands like Husqvarna, Stihl, etc,. I'm also able to get my yard equipment worked on and serviced at this location, which is very convenient.

I attribute my reasons for returning to this store as a loyal customer through the years, is solely because of Lacey, one of their store managers. Lacey had an incredible work ethic that was beyond impeccable, and she was a very dedicated, hard worker and fair manager. Unfortunately, because of upper management needing to have an outside consultant come in and critique the store, Reeves was told to let Lacey, along two other key people, be terminated from their employment. Their work history and ethics were judged by an outside person, who came in for a short period of time to judge these people, who were committed employees of Reeves. The overall vibe of the store is no longer the same after these folks were let go.
