“Fairly new to the area and propane, I was a bit nervous when the recent ice storm was approaching. We were already scheduled for a fill, but it was getting late in the day on that Friday and I was afraid we would be missed. The truck finally arrived but for some reason, would not pump into the tank. The driver said he would need to contact his boss and someone would call. I didn’t receive a call, but the next morning, the delivery was made. I was very happy! To top it off, on Monday morning, another truck stopped by to make sure we were taken care of!
