“The granddaughter is a thrift store super freak, so when she's in town, we WILL be going to thrift stores. Faith had a super sale going on while the super granddaughter was here. I even bought a jacket for hubby! The daughter and granddaughter were whizzing through the store; but you KNOW it was all for the little darling. What a time we had! And we like knowing that this store is supportive of ministry. Go on in! You may find something you MUST have.”
“Big wide aisles and, for a thrift store, exceedingly well laid out and very well sorted.
This is essentially Habitat for Humanity but the local affiliate didn't want to pay royalty fees down to the headquarters in Americus Georgia.
They directly compete with F.A.I.T.H. as the two principal non-profit thrift stores in Rabun County.
Their prices are noticeably higher versus F.A.I.T.H. where the employees are much more friendly.
On the flip side, the Re-Store has better and more ample parking, and their entire thrift store is Under One Roof, not two.”
