After waiting in the pharmacy drive thru for about 15 minutes and when about to pull to the window, a Walgreens staff member begins to cone off the drive thru. He says they need to close 4 minutes early for their lunch and tells me to go inside. I get inside and the lady working the pharmacy counter could absolutely careless about what had just happened, but made clear they close for lunch. After asking to speak to their store manager, I was informed he doesn’t work weekends. I would recommend he pop in and see this operation as what I experienced today is not acceptable by any means. You do not tell someone to go inside like he did. You put the cone behind the last vehicle in the line.

My husband, friend and I went to the Clayton GAWalgreens on Saturday without an appt after our Walgreens in Franklin, NC closed the pharmacy yesterday due to lack of pharmacist. We had an appt to receive vaccines but no one called us to let us know the situation. I must say that Tiffany an employee in the pharmacy in Clayton was very nice, professional and helpful in getting our vaccines in a timely manner. The pharmacist was very helpful as well. Thank you for your kindness.

This Walgreens Pharmacy LOST me as a customer.after repeated mistakes, and telling me they would reach out to my Physician and then did not and that they did not receive prescription from my Physician after 3 and 4 prescription were submitted. Not sure what's wrong but CVS across town got it right the very FIRST time!

Constantly out of common prescription medication you need do not wait until you are out to refill order days in advance because they probably do not have what you need

Been getting my prescription there for years, not anymore. I hardly ever saw the hateful blonde at the pharmacy window, I mean just a down right nasty human being. The rest of the girls know that I paid 100 dollars for my meds and she claimed that it was 160 when I check online it said 90, still no help. You have to find another coupon, when every other person I ever seen in the stroke of a key would not try to screw me. After 3 times over a 6 months I'll never step foot in there again. Customers service goes a long way compassion goes a little further. Brittney you have neither

I always love a Walgreens and this is no exception. Plenty of parking. Great helpful associates. The store is spread out so it's easy to maneuver through with a wheelchair. Plenty of parking, obviously handicap parking.

I have to take a moment to express my appreciation for the staff at my local Walgreens. Molly, Bobby and Eva absolutely went above and beyond in trying to handle a payment issue when I had purchased an item online. Corporate got involved, I got involved and this staff got involved in trying their best to reach a satisfactory outcome. With everyone short staff and with short fuses, this staff is still pleasant, helpful and supportive. I know they’re feeling the shortage even more than we are. Thank you Bobby, Molly, and Eva for reminding me of one of the many reasons I still love small town America and why Walgreens is my pharmacy. Please be kind to our short staffed employees. They’re trying so hard in an impossible situation.

Drive-through prescription pickup. Lately they have taken much longer to fill your prescriptions. But my experience with my particular Walgreens has been nothing short of excellent! The pharmacist, Molly, truly cares about me as a person oh, and is always on top of everything when it comes to my prescriptions!

I can't thank these Walgreens associates and pharmacy staff enough! For years they've been efficient, friendly, and professional and they haven't skipped a beat during Covid and always follow Covid protocols. They remain stocked with supplies even when other stores have them on back order. They stay current with my medical team, expedited a few things when needed or transferred pick up to another Walgreens if traveling! Since I travel a lot I can compare the customer service and cleanliness between this Walgreens at 30525 and many other Walgreens & many other pharmacies where I might stop for quick shop. Walgreens, Clayton, GA 30525 stands out above all, Happy New Year 2021!

Excellent staff. Very good customer service. Clean, organized, wide aisles, & brightly lit. Their stock is not consistently available for a number of items. Could be a delivery difficulty or an inventory cliche; however, I don't have that problem in Franklin or other locations.
