When I made the online purchase, I had put my address in wrong. ??‍♀️??‍♀️ I don’t know how they figured out where the package was, but I do know they went out of their way to help me. And they were very gracious when we realized I had sent the package to the wrong address.”

While I was there, a customer became argumentative about identification requirements for picking up a package. The clerks handled the situation with patience and composure, despite being questioned and pressured unfairly. They stood firm on proper procedures—which are in place to protect everyone’s mail—while still showing courtesy to the customer and respect to those of us waiting.

I truly appreciated how quickly they kept the line moving; I was in and out even with about 10 people ahead of me. Their professionalism under pressure and their commitment to doing things the right way deserves recognition.
