Our mail delivery person on County Road 561 will not deliver a package to my front door if it is too big to smash and cram into my mailbox. I have to go to the post office to pick up my packages. They keep putting “attempted delivery” slips in my mailbox. Not once have they come up to the covered large front porch as I have cameras everywhere. I do not have a fence, nor any animals.

I had a small package with over $200 of purchased items never show up. I called the Clermont Post Office, and they found it within a day! When I made the online purchase, I had put my address in wrong. ??♀️??♀️ I don’t know how they figured out where the package was, but I do know they went out of their way to help me. And they were very gracious when we realized I had sent the package to the wrong address.

I received a package from an order that was quite large, they crammed it in my small box and I couldn’t hardly get it out and my mail was crushed I am going to call them and send them pictures. Instead of blowing the horn and have me come out to get it . It almost broke my lid on the box . And they would had to replace it! It was on Wednesday May 8,2024

The lady who worked on Mon. 11/13/23 was so unnecessarily rude with her “sense” comment to me I was taken aback. Don’t know her name and really just Not impressed!

I had issues sending out a package due to incorrect address provided by the recipient. I had to go back when the package was returned here. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were playful with my toddlers and kept them entertained with crayons and stickers while we tried to sort it out.

Rudest woman I have ever dealt with! I’d rather drive across town than ever deal with her again. Very unprofessional. You would think in a small town they would have nice friendly staff. What a shame.

The postal workers whom deliver pur mail are horrible!! They always run over my metal yard sign next to my mailbox as if it was invisible, yet it's about 3.5 feet tall. When it rains they leave my package on the back porch where they get soaking wet. These are the worst I have experienced living here for over 20 years!! I also get some of my neighbors mail so I have to take it to them from time to time. Clermont is the best for living but since Pam retired and Lucia quit due to her accident and the other ones have went to better paying jobs theses new ones are horrible!!!
