There aren't many furniture stores in the area, so we wandered to the store to buy a small dresser. Since it was on a was on a heavy side and we didn't want to go with the floor model, we opted for delivery. Luckily it arrived only 2 days later. The guys who brought it in were very nice and efficient. They placed it in our bedroom and cleaned up after themselves. One of the shelves was damaged on arrival. I was able to call to the store and the whole drawer was replaced a few days later. It took two tries to get the right one, since the first one was the wrong color.

Becky was very open and "up front" with me about everything. The price of sofa and loveseat i chose were very manageable. She helped me shop on line and pick out a high quality set. This will be the 3rd set I have gotten at Badcock since 2017 and they have not disappointed. We have been happy with service , quality, and price.

Bed frame is great, however… Becky was our rep and definitely mislead me. I’m in sales myself and I was ready to have to ask for information that sales reps try to hide, however it’s bad business when I ask and get blatantly lied to. I asked if there was insurance she said no. Somehow I’m paying $100 for insurance that I did not want. I asked how much interest there was, she said I’d have to look online in 2 months to find out. Turns out it’s in the packet she printed after she completed the sale. Now I’m looking for a new box spring and mattress and will have to go somewhere else because I don’t appreciate being lied to to make a quick buck. An ex employee said they lie to make sales all the time. Very sad

Highly unsatisfied.My boyfriend and I bought a couch from the Cleveland location of badcock. We bought the insurance that was offered with the couch. Within 2 months of having it, the middle section has broke. We called to put in a work order and they said they did but have no record of it (nothing was done), then we went up there and they gave us a call back saying they put in a work order and will get a call in 7 days for someone to come look at it. A week and a half goes by and no call. We call customer service at the 1-800 number and they said they put in a work order for us. We called again after 5days of not hearing anything and again we got told that there is no work order put in. I am very frustrated with Babcock and will never buy anything from them ever again nor will I let family or friends buy from them. Horrible customer service from 1800 badcock and from the Cleveland location. Toni said she would help but did nothing whatsoever and made this more stressful by not putting in the work order the first time like she said she did.

Great company at first. Bought a full living room set. On delivery they forgot to grab the automen legs. No big deal. They said they would deliver them the following Wednesday. They delivered the following Wednesday just like they said. Well one of the legs was damaged. No big deal call to let them know. They said they will have to order the leg. After 2 weeks of no idea where the leg is. I call and they said all of there delivery people quit and they forgot to call me. I asked if there is anyway you can ship the leg to me they confirmed yes and verified my address. About a week and a half go by and never saw the leg. I call to check on it, was told the leg is in the delivery truck and will be delivered the day I called. Of course it never showed up. Now I'm mad paying on a new furniture set that has been incomplete. Stay away from this company they will give you the run around. Unless they make it right I will never buy or recommend anybody to go to this place. Update wife just called and they said they were gonna mail it out today. So when I called yesterday they lied about the leg being on there delivery truck. By the way this is the Cleveland GA location. Prob worse customer service, they do not care about there customers. Next update we just got our leg in the mail and it's the wrong one. Avoid this place. Update it has been a total of 2 months and still no leg. Tina, Tanya, and Becky will tell you nothing but lies and excuses. Been on truck but they keep forgetting to deliver, then putting in mail Monday a week after they don't even have it. By far the most god awful people. Save your money. Called corporate they gave us 10% off the automen which was prob $20. Biggest joke of any furniture store. Been over 2 months and still no leg but our bill never misses a day. Honestly.i don't think we will get the leg

Tina was extremely helpful in showing me what I was in search of. She got back with me quickly about the sleeper couch that had to be ordered because it was not in stock.Very happy I stopped in.

The lady named Becky working in this store should be ashamed of herself for making someone with a positive COVID test come into work. It's disgusting to be willing to expose your customers and employees and their families to COVID. Don't get your stuff from this store if you don't want COVID!!

Badcock in Cleveland Ga is that place that makes us want to go there, and no place else. Wonderful staff, even the delivery guys are great ?. Service after the sale and a very pleasant experience in the store.

We have been Badcock customers for a LONG time, and unfortunately after our recent experiences at Cleveland, will never shop Badcock again. After moving back to Georgia, we once again decided to purchase some furniture for our new home in N.Ga. As previous customers @ other locations, this was our 1st time @ the Cleveland store, & we actually went 2 sep. times for recliners & then bedroom furn. on another trip. Without going into the long story of the MANY issues that happened over the last 3-4 mos-particularly with the 2nd purchase-we are now BEYOND disappointed. While Becky & her staff have always remained very nice, WE were forced to *constantly* call for professional explanations, follow-through, follow-up, & resolution for THEIR mistakes, poor communication, & un-kept promises. Call us old-school, but we believe that a *customer* should not have to go to such lengths for decent service-especially when spending so much $. So much for promised "discounts" and recompense -from a company that made multiple mistakes, and then responded with poor service & mgmt. We will never go back.
