The worst and I mean absolutely worst service company sales representatives I've ever had to deal with in my life. Dean from the Cleveland Georgia store absolutely the worst. They take your money they charge more than what your bill is say your stuff is on autopay and it's not and then you get threatened with the cops if you come to their store to take care of your phone bill so you can still talk to your loved ones this is the most absolutely worst phone company I've ever switched to in my life I regret it.

Being in the older bracket, changing over to a new phone can be overwhelming! Thank you Nisa for going out of your way to be patient with me and being not only efficient with your job but making sure all my photos that are so dear to me transferred over and everything was set up properly! Eliminating all my stress! Was very thankful for the extra help putting on my new otter box phone cover which I had a little trouble with! Enjoyed the chit chat while waiting for phones to link up! Ask for Nisa! She knows her job well and is the sweetest person!

I came in today with my dad to get him transferred to my account and save us both money. Dean helped us today and we couldn't be happier. He was helpful and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.
