While shopping at this dollar general store I took my items to the cashier and the total was $35.67 when I tried to use my card 3 different times the cashier said their machine was messed up so when I said I will put the items back up she didn't even say she would so I put them back up on the shelf. Looks like to me since their machine was tore up she at least could have put the items back up for a customer.

Best Dollar General I have been to! Customer service is excellent! Such kind & helpful employees. Tammy (I believe?) made a phone call to another store to see if they had an item I was looking for. The cashier that rang me up was super kind as well! I was surprised to see a good selection of produce & other cold items. A+

Went there 5 times each time they were closed well before 10 pm. Today, I got there at 7:30 and they has the doors locked and off with lights on. It was well before 10 and they were closed. The girl didn't even care. Fix this. Not everyone has reliable transportation and this is best choice for emergencies or quick need groceries. I called corporate on them. This is definitely a staff issue.

Let’s start with horrible customer service. For the last three days a sign (piece of paper taped to the door) stating card only. After giving it a few days I went in to grab an item quickly and leave. The one self check out and a line to the back of the store! When I finally got a sales associate out of the office as two women were in there. Tammy so rudely informed me that the recent storm took out the other 2 registers and went back into the office. Two separate occasions Tammy has been rude to my son. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DOLLAR GENERAL. If I could have left a negative rating I would have. Horrible customer service, poorly managed and maintained!
