So let me start by saying that before going to this location last night, it had been quite a while since I’ve been a customer at this location, due to past not-very-good experiences related to the quality of the haircuts that I had received.
HOWEVER, I went to this location last night (Monday, October 7th) to get a neck/beard trim. I didn’t get the name of the young lady whom I had the pleasure of interacting with, but I will say that she did an AMAZING job! I came in at the end of their workday and was the only customer there; and I got the royalty trearment! The customer service and attention to detail that I received were impeccable! I sent an email to corporate complimenting them on this particular employees’s performance, and they suggested that I provide a review on here and I’m very happy to do so! I was SO impressed with the service and outcome of the beard trim that I will definitely resume giving my business to this location again…very pleasant and satisfactory experience!
UPDATE: I continue to have GREAT experiences with this GREAT Clips! Today Krissy cut my hair AND beard and she was SO meticulous and precise and did an outstanding job! This store and its employees continue to impress!!!

I have had one hairdresser be rude every time I have encountered her. She is obviously overwhelmed with her work load so I get it, but I do not get being so short and rude with paying customers. Get a different job or do better.

I'm an OTR Truck driver. Was making a delivery to Walmart, next door. Had a little extra time and was able to get in right away. Very relaxed and good conversation. And a Great haircut!
