Not the best. I filed my taxes with them 3 WEEKS ago and they got rejected. I have not been able to get in touch with the lady who did my taxes since. I've called and left messages, sent her about 7 messages in the app and even went up there. What's the point in paying almost $400 to have a tax pro ready to help and this and that when they are in fact NOT ready or wanting to help.
