Excellent service! Very quick to diagnose the problem, he explained the repair, and gave me a good estimate of the cost. I didn’t have to wait too long for the repairs. Back on the road in a couple days. I’ll definitely go back if I ever need him again.

Repairs are solid, with accurate cost estimates, and are completed at the projected time. Customer service is excellent. Evan (the owner) is highly experienced and can communicate that experience - and not all highly experienced mechanics can express what they know. He also takes the time to explain issues he considers important for the customer's car maintenance.

We have been using ideal for over a year and a half now and have nothing but great things to say about their service. Everytime we need something fixed on our jeep or an oil change breaks or tires they have been our go to. They are reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. We haven’t had any issues since we have been bringing our vehicles to them! They are reasonably priced and get things done in a timely manner. Wish I had found them sooner!

I'm writing to extend a deeply grateful and appreciative THANK YOU to Evan and Megan of Ideal Auto Services. OOT visitor to do some hiking in the area, ended up with a flat tire (run flat) and limped our way to the only garage near us. Evan immediately assessed the challenges we faced at trying to fix our problem late in the day. He called other garages to find the proper sized tire for our vehicle with no luck. We had to consider finding a place to stay the night; but, we were finally able to find a tow to get us to Athens. However, while it took 4 hours for all of this to get figured out, Megan and her lovely little assistant were very kind, patient and friendly. Evan kept checking in with us while we waited for our tow to arrive.
Overall, it was so wonderful to have a very challenging experience met with kind, friendly and helpful people. Thank you so very much, Evan and Megan!!
