Ingles Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy offering prescriptions, immunizations and quality care. The staff is described as amazing, helpful, friendly, efficient, communicative, very nice, and wonderful. They provide excellent customer service. The pharmacists know customers by name and go out of their way to say hello. They make sure immunizations are up to date and even call to check on patients afterwards. Prescriptions are ready quickly, often by the time a customer arrives from the doctor, with a regular wait time of about five minutes. For harder-to-find medications, they almost always have it. They help order medications ahead and reconcile prescriptions with doctors promptly. The pharmacy answers phone calls within seconds. Many feel it is one of the best pharmacies, with staff that truly cares in a way others do not.

Ingles Pharmacy always has my back. One of the pharmacists always calls me by my name. Ms. Jessie always makes sure I am always caught up with my immunizations. My prescriptions are always ready on time. This Ingles Pharmacy does an excellent job.
