We had a brief meeting with Tammy and left our paperwork. A few days later we had a 2nd meeting to review and sign the tax forms. The process was fast, easy, and fully explained. Our return was reviewed by two preparers so we have confidence everything was done correctly.

First time I have ever filed my taxes with a professional, and if I file with a professional again it will not be this company. The guy who filed my taxes was very rude. When you call the customer service line they are worse than anyone else.

Wow! What an AMAZING tax experience. Each year, I dread doing my taxes. I find it boring and don't feel like I get enough of a refund. This year that changed. I decided to go to Jackson Hewitt here in Cleveland and it was awesome. Tammy was so knowledgeable, kind, and funny! They also offered me some cold water while I waited. It was such a painless experience. I was able to choose to wait for my money or get it right away due to a promotion they were running. It was the highest refund I have seen in over 10 years. Needless to say, I will be returning and am looking forward to working with Tammy again! 10/10 would recommend.
