Made a reservation online for the U-Haul in their lot saw their lunch sign was up and I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half waiting to pick it up and nobody was there or showed back up. If you’re going to offer U-Haul services you need to have someone at the office for the hours you have posted.

Rented Uhaul truck for intown move. Only needed a 10' truck because i didn't have much to move. They only had 15' truck available which i thought nice but was told it needed to be back before 3 with gas used so it could go on scheduled run. Paid $75 appx ahead of time with my debit card. After completion, pumped in $60 which put gas hand where I remember. Lady working suggests I should add more to be safe. I pumped an additional $60 for a total of 120? I knew I was over. Yet even after that n was counting on what little I had to complete move as I'm a single father living off SSI due to cancer and an hour later, more than $88 more was removed from my bank account that I couldn't afford and kept me from completing my move as needed with no prior knowledge.
