The quality of these mice is unparalleled. I have talked with the owner and they are raised humanely, and it shows in the quality of the mice. When I have had issues (very few but things happen) they have resolved them quickly and with a friendly conversation. I highly recommend this company!!

I have been using Mice Direct for over a year now and have always been happy with the quality of both their mice and rats. The shipping is fast and everything is frozen and well packaged/organized. I recently ordered the wrong size by accident and was helped within the same day to determine the correct size for my ball python and get a new order. I received the new package within 3 days! Reliable product and prompt customer service. Definitely recommend.
