Well today was the last draw I even stopped going for so long but figured we'll I'll try it again she probably lied but said her name was Jessica worst cashier ever. I am 43 years old and look every day of it seeing as how I have cancer for the 4th time you can imagine how radiation and all has taken its toll I know the law because I myself ran Murphy's and held the liquor license for this particular store but I get cards for 5 dollars worth of lottery which by itself wouldn't have upset me but being rude to me when all I did was ask for a lottery ticket and paid for gas tapping the counter like the law has some how changed in the last few years. We don't talk to me or any other customer like that. Then tells me when I tell her I plan on calling corporate to complain it didn't matter because it's not something I can win. I ain't trying to win I'm trying to bring real customer service back if your having a bad day stay at home cause it ain't my problem. My money helps to pay your salary as old as she looked you would think she would know that but clearly she didn't. Rude to customers should result in no job period and I won't stop reviewing and calling corporate till I have hers it has to start somewhere. I don't believe the customer is always right but I do believe if you're in customer service you don't have the right to be rude to a customer for looking above the age you should be for a lottery ticket and by the way I still went and got my id and bought my lottery and she was ruder when I went back in than the first time. Every single day I will write about this until I see a change and get an apology its pathetic

A gas station, can be crowded, some pumps closed can be frustrating. Good gas though.

Went in there few minutes ago waited in line forever had one cashier he was getting pissed and cussing cause he was the only one there slamming his hands down and being Ill about everything

Whenever I go in to buy something in this store the employee, kind of short, skinny, young, black hair is always very rude to me. He gives me a very condescending look whenever I’m asking to get something behind the counter. On top of that he doesn’t listen to whatever exactly it is I want. Then when he gets it, he kind of tosses it at me very disrespectfully. Then uses a very disrespectful tone asking for my birthdate, etc. He comes across as a very hateful person and no respect towards anyone.

There are currently three out of 12 pumps that are able to pump gas, one won’t let you use Walmart+ for the discount if you have one, one flat out won’t work at all unless you prepay inside. Only one pump actually works properly.

Love this store. The employees are great. It seems lately there have been a lot of new ones but they are just as good as the ones that have been there forever. Gas is a great price. You can save $.10 a gallon with Walmart + and also but not together save with Murphy's rewards. We get my husband dip by the roll and it's only $15-$17 there with Murphys rewards.

The people that work in this store are horrible customer service, they see people standing there needing help and they just continue talking to each other and ignore the customer, I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life, I'm not sure how to contact anyone over their head but owners need to know just how sorry thier help us..

The music was very bad as I walked into the store so bad I turned my kids around and walked them back out the door. Then I went back in to pay for fuel and said something to the cashier (whose name is Madelynn alexand) about the music. She proceeds to tell me that if I don't like it then there is the door that I could leave. Wow

Stopped on January 3rd & topped off. Luckily I didn't fill all the way up, because got water in my tank! Called the store & they don't care.
