“EXCELLENT service by Josh and Edgar at Wal-Mart Auto Care in Cleveland for oil change. Made an appointment for Sunday afternoon oil change; despite there being a steady flow of other appointments, our van was taken in right on time and was done 30 minutes later (which was half the time of the one hour projected time requirement for an oil change at WM Auto Care). At the end of the oil change, Josh and Edgar pointed out that the plastic shield underneath the front bumper of the van was hanging down extremely low (which I was aware of but had not had time to fix). They then asked permission to reattach the plastic sheild to the lower front bumper of the van, which they did at no extra cost. I've always been pleased with the oil change service at this location, and today's service warrants a 5 star review. Highly recommend these good folks for oil changes... which are usually HALF the cost of most other oil change locations. WHY would you pay more?”
