Updated from 1 to 4 star
After having them look over the vehicle, it was determined that I idler arm I had installed was bad from the manufacturer and they had me go buy a New idler arm and they replaced it and redid the alignment. Free of charge overall happy with the service after speaking with Mr. Jeremy at Pritchett.
PSA: took my truck to prichett last week for a alignment and to get my idler arm installed.
After a week it had fell out of alignment got under it to check what was going on.
They never greased the idler arm even though I verbally told them it wasn’t pre greased and wrote it on the bag.
It’s a good thing I knew what I was looking at and didn’t just go on there “it’s good”.
I understand mistakes happen but they were rude from the start of this whole process and ended it by almost costing me $400.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, took my fiat 500L in to see if they could a simple alignment, was told they could not do it, that I needed to take it to a fiat dealership or it would be easier just to get a completely new car… I get it’s a foreign car and not the easiest to work on but took it to another shop in town and got the alignment done fast and with no problem. Is it really that hard to do an alignment on a fiat or are they really just lazy

Nothing else to do while i wait up to 2 hours or more to get my tires rotated that I purchased here, here's my take. This place is not bad, prices are fair but not the least expensive. I have purchased 4 different sets of tires here, sent my son from out of town and recommend to neighbors...will probably be my last.
The problem is getting your tires rotated which is included in the price you pay for them. This is my third time I have tried in the past week to have this done. The first time I was told it would take one to one and a half hours to get my vehicle in, add another thirty minutes for the rotation and air check and I could be two hours, couldn't wait that long. The second visit I came at 4pm, they told me they could not get to them and would need to come back. Note: they close at 5pm and there was one vehicle in the garage. Today the third day a 10am, again I'm told it will be one to one and a half hours before they can get my car in, so here I sit.
There has to be a better way, one that is more considerate of their customers time. I suggested they should schedule appointments, they claim it makes it worse because when they get behind, customers complain when an appointment time is not met.
Sounds to me the scheduling is based on what is best to turn the maximum number of cars and profit. I get it, but if the business process is at the expense of customer satisfaction, the business in the end loses. So space the appoints out a bit more and do a better job analyzing the job so you quote better wait times. Wow...Wouldn't be great if you exceeded expectations and got a customer in earlier than scheduled.
I write this in an effort for management to make positive changes. I would much rather support small locally owened business's but you make hard when you show such disregard for your customers time.

Update: the reality.... it took 45 minutes to get the tire rotation completed. Much better than the quoted time but my gosh why do you have such a difference? The thought of having to sit someplace two hours to wait for your tire rotation is very off-putting. All Things Considered I have improved my rating.

I drive all the way from Flowery Branch to get my tires and alignment done. They are old fashioned and are a little abrasive but they do great work and a shop you can trust. I’d say 4.5 stars.

SHADY!!!!
I chose Pritchett Tire & Alignment specifically to support a local business, and they proudly pointed out their “Best Tire Shop” award. Many reviews call them trustworthy—unfortunately, my experience says otherwise.
Staff was polite, the building and restroom were fine. I brought in my 2016 CRV EX AWD for an alignment and two new tires ($418) after driving up from the Tampa area. When I got back in my car, I immediately saw a chip in the windshield—absolutely, without question, not there when I drove onto their lot. It was obvious in the sunlight, and I would have noticed it instantly before.
The manager insisted it must have come from a rock outside and was “impossible” to have happened there. I walked to the area where my car had been serviced—rough pavement with loose rocks everywhere. To say it’s impossible for a rock or debris to have struck my windshield there is unreasonable. They didn’t check cameras or even try to investigate, simply dismissed my concern.
I haven’t even made the first payment on this car, and now I’m left with damage I didn’t have before. If you’re okay with the possibility of damage occurring to your vehicle in their care and being told “it couldn’t have happened here,” then this may not bother you. If you expect accountability and honesty, I recommend taking your car somewhere else!!

Staff was nice, building is fine, restroom is fine… but I still have the drive out tag on a car I paid almost 16k for. I was upset that an alignment & 2 tires were needed after driving up from Tampa area. For the 2016 CRV EX AWD the alignment + 2 new tires was $418.
However… when I got into my car, I immediately noticed a chip in my windshield that was absolutely, positively, 120% NOT THERE when I drove my car into this lot.
Manager said it came from outside the car, it must have been a rock, totally impossible it would have happened there. I drove back around to where they took my car & the pavement is roughed up with - guess what - rocks. Tell me it’s impossible for a rock to hit it or for something in the shop to not have gone through the air at any time with multiple cars back there. Manager didn’t offer to check cameras. Pretty much completely dismissed me, as ‘it couldn’t possibly have happened there’.
I haven’t even made a car payment yet. Would I have noticed a chip that immediately shone in the sun? Yep, and I did. I drove the car there with NO chip and I left with a chip.
Honestly I’m so furious I don’t even know what to say about the alignment, but this is not over because this is a total crock.
If you want to take your car to a place that might damage it while in their care & then give it back & act like there’s no way they could have damaged it, go right ahead. If you want a different experience, go almost anywhere else.

Was told to come in hr plus before closing. When arrived told to unload my tire and run they would be with me In a few. Came out and told me he didn’t have time cause he didn’t want to fool with it. Would not waist my time here! Go some where that actually wants your business.

Pritchett Tires is great! You can trust them to advise you on what is necessary, not what is the most expensive option. I feel like they care about customers more than profit. Highly recommend!!

Brought in a flat mower front tire for a new tube and service. Very helpful and reasonably priced. Very friendly folks.
